It is required that a Communication Plan is addressed at each IEP meeting for a student who is Deaf or Hard of Hearing or Dual Sensory Impaired to assist in the decision making and development of the IEP. If a student does not currently have a Communication Plan, one must be developed. If a student already has a Communication Plan, it must be reviewed, and then updated with any new or changed information
