RMTC-D/HH reviews the first essential principle, "Each student is unique," from the Optimizing Outcomes for Students who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing Educational Service Guidelines. Followed by RMTC-D/HH's presentation the panel of experts, Elizabeth Barney from Martin County and Victoria Pope from Orange County, share case studies and experiences to further exemplify how each student is truly unique.
