RMTC-DHH provides information, training, and support to districts and families, in order to promote effective parent participation in the education of children who are deaf/hard of hearing (DHH).
Family services include assistance in the development of family-friendly programs, training and support for services for children who are DHH, and the support of partnerships between schools and families to support student achievement.
RMTC-DHH offers a free media and materials loan library for educators and families of children who are deaf/hard of hearing. In the loan library are included videos for learning sign language, book kits from the Shared Reading Program, books on raising children who are deaf or hard of hearing, and so much more!
